LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare appoints new general manager

Leading provider of high quality home healthcare services, LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare (LPCH) has appointed Gabrielle Silver as its new general manager. Gabrielle will lead the LPCH operations and growth strategy and will join the business on Monday 20th November.

Gabrielle commented: “I’m delighted to be joining such a progressive business that really has patient care as its core focus. I am looking forward to exploring how we can further develop this best in class homecare business and more effectively partner with healthcare providers to improve patient care and outcomes.”

She joins from Brunswick Group, a strategic advisory firm specialising in critical issue and reputation management, where she co-led the global healthcare practice and advised senior level leadership at multinational companies across the consumer health, pharmaceuticals and medical technology sectors.

Gabrielle has a background in healthcare and life sciences and previously led the GE Healthcare Global Strategic Marketing Organisation with a focus on technology and software solutions for the Operating Room and for Neurology. She also spent nine years in global roles within the pharmaceutical sector, including Eisai and Bristol Myers Squibb, where she was responsible for the development, launch and commercialisation of innovative therapies within neuroscience, psychiatry and pain management.

As a qualified doctor, Gabrielle is well versed with the UK public sector and serves as an associate non-executive director for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (RNOH) NHS Trust. She also serves as a director for a US pharmaceutical business focused on therapies for addiction. She is passionate about prioritising the diversity agenda within business and previously led the GE Commercial Women’s Network in Europe.
